Our office is open and ready to see all patients via tele-health either from your home or one of our dedicated in office tele-health rooms.. We strictly follow the guidelines set forth by both the CDC and State of North Carolina as follows:
Everyone in our office will be required to wear masks when in direct contact with any patient. Please bring your mask with you to your appointment. The front door will be kept locked, so please knock upon arrival. We are also using a forehead thermometer on everyone at the door. No one with a temperature of 100.4 will be admitted per CDC guidelines. We also request that you do not come to the office with a fever or cough, if you have exposed to anybody with Covid-19, or have been overseas within the last two weeks.
Our cleaning protocol includes disinfecting each exam room and bathroom between patients and frequent sanitizing of door handles, pens, bathrooms, counter tops, and other surfaces. Hand sanitizer is available at the front desk as well as all other rooms in our facility, and we also encourage our patients to wash their hands upon entering our office.
We are also limiting the number of patients in our office at any time. Minors coming for care should be accompanied only by one adult. An adult who requires assistance may be accompanied by one other person.
We are attempting to do everything possible to keep our patients safe while still providing quality care. Thank you for helping us follow the safety protocols as we navigate this difficult time together.
Sincerely,
Fayetteville Neuropsychology
